We are in Australia and possibly in a different time
zone from you, we reply to all support enquiries daily.
If you have just purchased a
script and have not received your download details,
please be patient, this is an automated system and occassionally
there can be a lag of a few minutes to an hour before
your download instructions are sent.
If you do not receive your download
instructions, don't panic, simply email
us and we will forward you your purchased scripts.
Current Issues:
If you have tried to contact perlwebsite.com about
a purchase issue, or have not received you download
instructions, please check your paypal email address
first, as this is where the instructions are sent.
Please ensure your paypal email address is still working,
don't assume it works, test it yourself. We hate our
emails bouncing back to us, if we can not contact you,
we can not resolve your problem.
If you don't get a reply from perlwebsite.com, try
using a different email addres, one that works.
Perlwebsite.com is happy to provide support for any
of our purchased scripts.
Before contacting us please make sure you have read
the readme.txt file bundled with your purchased script.
If you experience any problems, first make sure the
first line of all .cgi scripts points to the correct
location of perl on your server. Also make sure all
.cgi files were uploaded in ascii mode and permissions
on all .cgi files changed to 755. If you receive further
errors with scripts that contained .txt files, try changing
the permissions
of the .txt files to 777.
If you still receive errors, simply use the form below,
send me the information about your problem and I will
respond as soon as possible. In some circumstances it
is easier for me to upload the script to your server,
if this may be the case you will need to provide me
with your ftp address, username and password.
